• On the rare occasions when an error occurs that stops an automated process staff may have to look at a minimum amount of personal data to fix the issue and allow an automated process to resume.

• To safeguard WAM. Staff may look at logs and data as part of our work to ensure the security of your data and the Services as a whole or respond to reports of abuse.

• To the extent required by applicable law.

• We use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the  hardware, software, networking, and related technology required to run the Services. Subprocessors for WorkTogether are:

  • Google Cloud - for infrastructure, security and storage​

  • Google Analytics - for reporting of anonymous user behaviour

  • WIX - for feedback submitted through this website

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
